Ongoing diagnostics of the entire facility are carried out, warnings and alarms are developed. An animated diagram of the technological system of the open pit is presented on a large-size synoptic board. An important functionality of the system is the ability to remotely start, stop and secure individual belt conveyors. The system also allows control of the limit of energy consumption, costs and energy intensity in individual time zones and power forecasting. The system also provides data for the process of averaging coal quality. Numerous reports and summaries are created in the System, which are made available to various departments of the Mine. The system also supports the Mine's operational services, enabling precise forecasting of repairs. Along with the progressive changes in the technological system of the Mine, the Mining System is subject to continuous reconstruction and modernization. The hardware layer of the System was modernized several times, installing more efficient servers, and the SCADA software platform was changed. Constant system service and full technical support are provided.
