In connection with the applicable Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons, in fulfillment of our statutory obligation we wish to inform you about the principles of processing personal data by Merrid Controls Spółka z o.o. and your rights.
In accordance with Article 13 of the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), we wish to inform you about the principles of personal data processing and your rights in connection therewith.
The controller of personal data is Merrid Controls Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź, 91-231, ul. Ratajska 12. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
1. concluding, performing and continuing contracts for services offered by the Administrator,
2. selling services offered by the Administrator,
3. servicing services offered by the Administrator,
4. conducting marketing activities by the Administrator independently or in cooperation with other entities,
5. pursuing claims,
6. archiving,
7. responding to letters and requests,
8. conducting activities related to ensuring security,
9. fulfilling the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (in particular: issuing and storing invoices/sales documents and other accounting documents, considering complaints),
10. conducting analyses and statistics within the scope of the conducted business activity.
Your personal data are processed in the following scope: name and surname, position, contact details (e-mail, phone number) and address, company name of the represented entity, in the case of entrepreneurs we additionally process: NIP, REGON, registered office address, bank account number.
The legal basis for processing your data may be:
1. consent granted;
2. necessity to perform the contract or take action at your request before concluding the contract;
3. necessity to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator;
4. necessity resulting from legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator.
Your data may be transferred to the following entities:
1. cooperating entities and contractors, in connection with activities commissioned by the Administrator and carried out for and on its behalf,
2. courier and postal companies that will deliver parcels to you,
3. law firms that support the Administrator in the scope of their activities,
4. entities or bodies authorized under the provisions of law.
The Administrator undertakes to apply appropriate security measures, both technical and organisational, to protect your personal data.
Your personal data will be stored for an adequate period and no longer than the periods required by the current legal provisions in individual areas of personal data processing, i.e.
1. legal provisions that may oblige the Administrator to process data for a specified period (e.g. the Accounting Act),
2. the period for which the services are provided,
3. the period that is necessary to defend the interests of the Administrator,
4. the period for which consent was granted.
We also inform you that you have the right to:
1. request access to your personal data for the purpose of rectification,
2. request supplementation of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement,
3. deletion of data or restriction of processing,
4. objection to further processing of personal data,
5. request deletion of your data from the Merrid Controls personal data set,
6. the right not to be subject to profiling,
7. transfer of your personal data.
In accordance with Article 21, paragraph 4 of the GDPR, we inform you that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. The objection should be submitted to the data protection officer. In accordance with Article 21, paragraph 1 of the GDPR, when filing an objection, you should indicate the reasons for it related to your particular situation.
In case of doubts as to the correctness of the processing of personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
