The mission of our company is to provide design, software, installation and start-up services of highest quality automation systems that fulfill the standards, acting in accordance with the information security and the occupational health regulations.
 
Our Integrated Management System Policy is determined by the following directions and actions:
 
  1. Recognition of our clients' needs in the area of industrial automation and IT systems.
  2. Being up-to-date with the recent hardware and software solutions in the area of industrial automation.
  3. Processing, continuous improvement and clients' demands accommodation to offered services with taking into consideration the information security and the health and safety regulations.
  4. Developing effective service for industrial automation and IT systems implemented in our Customers' Companies with taking into consideration the information security and the health and safety regulations.
  5. Application of safe methods of information storage according to clients' demands and law regulations.
  6. Providing continuity of Merrid Controls' operation based on risk assessment and risk analysis connected with information security.
  7. Taking the advantage of the latest technical and organizational solutions in order to protect entrusted information including personal data.
  8. Taking up proper operations in case of information security incident.
  9. Regular improvement of workers' qualifications and motivation by means of internal and external trainings.
  10. Regular identification and prevention of threats and occupational accidents, diseases, potentially risky incidents and reduction of occupational hazard.
  11. Aiming to permanent improvement of the safety of work.
  12. Obeying legal requirements and other regulations concerning work, health and safety procedures and the safety of entrusted information.
  13. Expanding mutual profitable cooperation with suppliers in order to improve the quality of providing services.
  14. Providing the means to execute the Integrated Management System Policy.
  15. Application and continuous efficiency improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with the standard PN-EN ISO 9001:2009, the Information Security Management System in accordance with the standard PN-ISO/IEC 27001:2007 and the Occupational Health and Safety management Systems in accordance with the standard PN-N-18001:2004.
 
All Merrid Controls staff members are responsible for adoption, application and spreading the Integrated Management System Policy and its implementation in order to fulfill all the quality goals.

Company MERRID CONTROLS is certified in Quality Management since December 2002. Our Quality Management System include the following areas: software design and development, industrial automation systems assembly and start-up, service and training.

 

Information Security Management System have been enforced in MERRID CONTROLS in 2008.
